I am a registered freelancer in my country and i can emit invoices for my sales. I don’t know how you do this.

I don’t know how to register my incomes in accounting documents, because i want to pay the taxes. So, please, if you are in the same situation, tell me how are you doing this.

Easiest solution – hire a accountant or get some advice (probably paid ones) from him. Also you might want to call yours country Tax Office for advice.

Can’t you just write an invoice for the sales you made in that specific month on envato? Otherwise just use the monthly earning statements?

Well you do not really need to send it. Just use it for your own accounting? Should be fine right seeing as Envato does not need the invoice but you need it for your own bookkeeping.

I understand. I’ll try to discuss with a tax officer from my town.
