You could probably just use power point, the background is probably just an image.

well you weren’t specific in your question, “Anybody tell me How to make Video Like This ?” that could have been anything.

You already have powerpoint templates in your portfolio. What you mean is what capture software is used ? Camtasia studio is good for screen captures like that. It has a powerpoint plugin that records the screen. So that is probably how he made his video of his powerpoint presentation.
