I am trapped-please help me

now i am in a big trap because i submitted a logo with .eps cs5 version . and get a small soft rejection.

This is the rejection mesage”Can you please save the EPS as version 10 so it can be opened by all versions of Illustrator.” I just created eps version 10 (it not supported font embbeded) and submitted again, that time i got another reviewer and he told me “Please provide an EPS with outlined text and another with non-outlined text. Also, please provide the font information in description or documentation.” this

i just converted as its editable illustator cs5 eps for embeded.. and submitted. This time i got first reviver and he told agian”Can you please save the EPS as version 10 so it can be opened by all versions of Illustrator.”

I am tried because every time these two reviers changed . Last 3 days i am trapped this play help me please?

Hi. Open Your file in AI and save as “EPS10” (text without a gradient) – That’s all. And in a description or documentation writing font and link for a download)
