I Think My Account Is Being Used By Someone Else

Well Just A Few Minutes Ago I Was Uploading Something Then Out Of Nowhere This Message Popped Up “We’re currently waiting on confirmation for Payoneer of your account being set up. This can take up to 24 hours. If you haven’t received an email in that time, contact support.” I’m Not sure What ‘Payoneer’ Is But I’ve Never Tried to Setup an Account With Them What Should I Do Or Is This Normal

You should also send a tweet with the ticket id to their support account on twitter. http://twitter.com/#!/envato_support

Hi mate, there is ONLY ONE thing that is very important you should do – simply change your password to something complex. Contacting support wont help you because they have so many other things to do and moreover there is no way they can identify the bad person.

Just change the password and cancel all money transfer setup and make sure that you haven’t setup any withdrawal schedule just to be sure that your account is safe.
