Hey DamianN, if you are got yet limited forever tyr to send them bill (for cable, phone etc.) that mark your name and address from ID Card/passport. It worked for me.

First I upgrade my account to premier and then I unlocked the limits uploading all the documents required it takes about 5 w/days depends how busy they are. But NO, no problems with paypal at all once they checked ur a/c.

Remember! Paypal will send two small deposits to your a/c, and you need to confirm those deposits by entering them in while signing up for a verified a/c.
In India all our transactions are “Auto Withdrawn” by default, we are not allowed to keep money in our PayPal a/c.

I used MB to withdraw my earnings, but few days ago they send me a letter asking explanation of all my operations, they also want to see my bills for address approvement (even after i approve my address by requesting a letter with code before from them) and attached a file with million of stupid questions. This is the last time i used their system.
And PayPal is not allow belarusians at all…
There are 2 more variants – swift, which is not very comfortable. And Payoneer.
By the way, does anyoent know, if i already have a payoneer card from my previous employer, can it be connected to receive envato payments?
