I am afraid it won`t be approved.
There is a couple of things to do… in my opinion:
- your flyer looks flat
- elements look like just cropped, copied and pasted
- also colours need to be improved (mode, highlights, shadows etc)
- and typography unfortunately…
It`s a good beginning but needs work

hi, for the second link you posted I think you could add more depth on the text and improve the style and type of the footer box.
