We are aware that some buyers are receiving errors when making purchases with PayPal. This is only affecting a limited amount of users. We have been communicating with PayPal and they are working hard to resolve the issue.

Hi caraward1, they’re working really hard to fix this. Any extra information you can provide about the error would be wonderful. eg: a screenshot of the error message, when this error occurred (before/after logging into paypal?), what payment method was selected (credit card, bank, paypal funds), what paypal account primary currency you have. Feel free to post that information here or send in a support ticket (http://support.envato.com/) and let us know the support ticket #.

Hi, I opened a ticket earlier (UQC-198-37537) but haven’t heard back. The error I receive after clicking pay now is:

“This payment cannot be completed and your account has not been charged. Please contact your merchant for more information. Return to merchant and try a different payment method We are not able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please return to the merchant’s website and try using a different payment method (if available).”

I have tried 3 different valid credit cards from two different paypal accounts and get the same error each time. The primary currency is USD . Hope this helps. Thanks

ETA * – I just tried again using my linked bank account as the payment method and got the same error.

Hi @caraward1 this issue is only affecting a small number of users and it is on PayPal’s end. We are waiting for them to update us. Until that time it’s best to be patient and wait for more information, as they are aware of the issue and are working hard to resolve it.

Keep an eye out here for more information and we suggest you don’t post your personal payment details on a public forum.

Don’t worry I would never. Not sure what you’re referring to. That’s my ticket number and error message above. Thanks for the update.

I saw PayPal’s website redesigned for a brief moment and a few payments I tried to make weren’t approved today. I guess they’re working on it.

YES ! I HAVE MISSED THE BIRTHDAY BUNDLE BECAUSE OF PAYPAL . :depressed:

It wont let me buy it via mobile and i had no computer access for several days.
