Item rejected

My “Colorful Smartphone Mock-Up” was rejected. “Unfortunately, your submission is too similar to existing item(s) in our marketplace. Your upload must be a unique concept not based on any existing marketplace item.” I haven´t seen any smartphone (iphone) mock up ready for choose your color, but i have seen some items, the same items, uploaded in different month by the same author (all my respect for him) [Links removed] Are this items unique concepts? It has happen to use all i have had items i have taken to long to finish and by the time i get to uploading , other items that look the smae have been released so mine was not accepted, you need to try and set trends rather than follow them!
