My advice for you mate, is to prepare your “DMCA TAKE -DOWN-NOTICE” statement and use it to fight those bad people. It will take you only 5 seconds to send an email to the site manager of the host and they will delete it immediately as long as your take-down-notice contains valid information. You will frustrate the guy because he will spend more than 50 minutes uploading to a particular file sharing site but it will take you only 5 seconds to send a notice and it will be removed.

Who is that guy who posts on warez sites?

If you are talking about piracy, forget it. It will always exist and it’s better to embrace it rather then trying to fight it.

The main problem is right here in the Envato market.

I’ve opened about 5 tickets about this with overwhelming evidence:

At least 10 items that had a SINGLE (1) sale were published on a warez site – meaning that we know for sure who the SOB is.

Why is he still here and not banned ???

Did they(support) replied to you about it?

I tweet support after I send a ticket and they respond quickly. Well! seriously, nothing can be done to stop it.

Instead of waiting for support for several hours, send DMCA take-down notice to the sites and they will remove it immediately. Let Envato deal with the so-called member but you as the copyright owner should fight for it. Simply report the file to the site manager.

The reply was kind of automated:

“Thank you for your message to Envato support. We will have it investigated and take the appropriate action necessary.”

Guess they do nothing after this message cuz he keeps buying and publishing our items.

I’m sending DMCA ’s but this is not what my topic is about.

It’s about this specific member who should get banned and he is still here and I don’t get why.

I have informed envato about an user who have a referral link placed on a warez website, not posted in the comments but on an area where only who own that place can edit. This user still exist here and he actually referred at least 50 people.

Now this website have anything from themeforest to tutplus, and he is obviously making money by publishing pirate links but also he is taking money from envato when someone visit that website and click that referral link.

if someone of you can defend this issue I’m listen.
