i generally get it on 20th after a transfer to bank which is more than half of month and some needs remain in queue until then

I think that this is not so big problem. Because money is the money on 5th or 20th.Whatever:) So if you take on 20th next money you will take again on 20th. So we have money every 30th days.:)
