it’s been a while, since the thread has started and the idea of the #eapea Hashtag for twitter came out. In my searchbar there are just wonderart and me, who are using the hashtag and Alex, who was retweeting 2 items (thank you).

Well that’s not working if just me (wonderart only posted one item) are using this technique for promotion .

I would love to retweet your stuff, as I did with wonderarts #eapea-item, but you should use the hashtag, if you tweet out an item, so we can see and retweet it. It doesn’t work if there is no activity guys . I’ve just bufferd 2-3 items today (with the #eapea Hashtag). So please let’s tweet our items WITH the hashtag and retweet other authors items IF they add the hashtag .

The #eapea Hastag as Marketing Tool at Twitter

The Idea behind The Idea behind the Hashtag is as simple as it sounds. Retweet two or three items a day from an other author who is using the #eapea hashtag, to spread theire work as much as you can. The counteraction will be, that other authors also retweeting YOUR items and your items will reach a much bigger audience .

For example: Item 1 from Author A Author “A” is tweeting his item to his, let’s say 300 followers. (his maximum reach is 300 people) Author “B” is searching for the #eapea-Hashtag in his Twitter client. He will see AND retweet the item of author “A”. Author B got 1500 follwer. Author C is doing the same, but with his 600 followers and so on.

Normally the Item 1 from Author A will reach 300 people MAX in twitter (if he is not using any other related hashtags in his tweet). With just 2 retweets he has reached up to 2400 POTENTIAL buyers instead of just 300.

Now Author A is retweeting one item from each author who retweeted his item.
