License question

Hi

This might have an obvious answer, but here go’s anyway. I am going to be setting up a site that will offer Wordpress installation, and theme uploading. I am going to be buying Premium themes to offer to upload for them. I will be making it clear that these themes were not designed by me. My question is, can I put ThemeForest themes up, and when a client chooses one, then I just purchase a new license on here and then install it for them? So say a theme on here costs $30, I pay themeforest $30 every time that theme is chosen on my site.
