I think you need to work on the typography. I don’t think the serif font is the right choice, and also it spacing and kerning isn’t ideal.
Also think about placement of the words in relation to the logo image, make sure that both have room to breathe but that they still seem connected as one item.

Just a poor logo design that lacks a good concept.
Typography isn’t good either.

BDdesigners saidyou need to give the font a well balance with the icon the text seem to be very small, i suggest if you tighten up the company name and or remove the word “name” to remain with company just to make the logo look a bit compact,
