Logo rejections.

Hi deree, while I appreciate your intention to discuss/improve the quality standard of the Logo Category, I’m afraid such topic eventually “ends up solving nothing and results in calling out individual authors and has the potential to stir too many emotions and feelings”.

That said, we do not just accept “anything”. There IS a standard quality level that reviewers look for. Please keep in mind that our reviewers do a very good job of filtering out a lot of really poor files that you never ever get to see. A file that gets approved that you don’t personally think is “good” is a subjective opinion. Likewise, a file that gets rejected that you thought was acceptable is a matter of opinion. In order to maintain consistency, fairness and an acceptable standard of “quality” however, our very experienced review team are given the responsibility of maintaining marketplace integrity. Irrespective of whether you agree or disagree with the “quality” of an approved or rejected file, the review team exercise this responsibility every day. Customers then make the final call on whether something is good or useful enough to purchase.

We do however encourage you to write to support if ever you have a specific question pertaining to “quality”, please. The forums are just not the right place. We read and investigate all the messages and recommendations we receive. Thanks so much for understanding.
