I knew about the photoshop actions thingy but I didn’t know you can apply that to a folder too. Man I must have been nuts.. I remember myself opening 40 pictures in PS and applying action, hitting save and close and start again. So thanks for that headsup too

I use the file/automate/web photo gallery method in photoshop

This way is faster and gives you much more flexibility in image size and quality.
