Need Current Logo into .PSD and Vector format

Hello,

I am in need of taking the current logo http://www.flickr.com/photos/93423161@N02/8494538077/ and making a new logo in Photoshop as well as vector format. I would want the logo to have a transparent background. Anyone with interest and the capability to do this, please let me know.
