Recently mine corporate flyer template got rejected I just want to know why, I think I have the right to know the reason of the rejection.
I was happy with the Graphic river at the beginning because when they reject a design they also mention the reason behind it. And I really appreciate that but from last few months with every rejection I got the same letter like saying your design does not match our criteria something like that and I think this is insulting. When we can spend time to design a product and I think you guys ( the reviewer ) could spend 1 or 2 minutes to describe why you are rejecting it except just copy paste a generic rejection letter. I know there may be too much pressure of work and I also think we got the rights to know the proper reason of rejection.
I also try to try the support but it does not ended up good. Can any one here could told me a exact way how could I know the reason of rejection.

While it’s not a requirement of the reviewers to give a detailed break down of what’s wrong with a file, they often do go out of their way to give some suggestions to improve the file. And I imagine that it would depend on how many files are in the queue etc.
If you like, why not start a thread in the Item Discussion forum asking for feedback? There’s plenty of authors here who have no problem with sharing their feedback on improving a particular file. Thanks!
I have those threads but could not find out any thing helpful. I think the reason will be mystery for me forever. How ever thanks for your reply.
Item Discussion has helped me before. It’s a good way to learn from fellow users what they think you could improve on.
It’s true that Reviewers don’t always give enough feedback about why an item is rejected. But, they also have many items to review and I can understand that problem.
My last rejection told me to focus on the typography, that was helpful, but again – if there was more info about my design/idea it probably would’ve helped me more.
Now, I just have to figure out for myself how to make my item unique for the Marketplaces.
It’s a downer, but it’s all part of the job of designing . . . I guess!
Yes, it’s all part of the job!

Hey Simanto,
The back of your flyer looks quite nice, however you need to work a bit more in the front side, as it looks simplistic. Feel free to resubmit after a few tweaks
Thank you Ivor I got your feedback and I am looking into it.
Actually I am a fan of simplistic design. I am also trying to live a simple life, I think that’s may be affecting my design too much. And about the front page I like that way. I also have tries to use pattern but that does not work so well. Decided to go with the back page and also found a way to add the front page hope you guys don’t mind that part.
