Need MineCraft Server Website!

Hi, my name is Alex and I run a minecraft server called CraftFusion, we are in the process of getting very big and for this we need a new, more professionally designed website! Currently my website is this mock up: www.jobjacks.co.uk. I want something much better, possibly using a bit of flash but looking very pro. It needs to be centred around a forum and needs to look very sleek and modern. The closest thing I could find to what I want is this: http://www.mlestudios.net/index.php. I am willing to pay but not that much, we have ordered a big server and its cut our budget considerably! But we will pay!
