Hi,

The Payoneer Local Bank Transfer service and the Payoneer Prepaid Debit MasterCard are two different payment solutions. When you select Payoneer as yout payment method for Envato, you are directed to an online application page. You then have two options:

- You can receive payments directly to your bank account in over 200 countries. This service is known as the Local Bank Transfer service. This is a separate service from the Payoneer card, and no card would be associated with this account.

- You can receive payments directly to a Payoneer Prepaid Debit MasterCard card. Funds are available within minutes of being paid by Envato, and the card can be used online, in stores, and at ATMs worldwide that accept MasterCard.

Based on the approval e-mail you received, it sounds like you applied for the Local Bank Transfer service, to receive payments directly to your bank account. If you’d like to switch your payment method to the Payoneer card, please e-mail me at nissimal@payoneer.com (with the e-mail address on your Payoneer account) and I will be more than happy to assist you.
