We where rejected because the reviewer did not understand parts of the design. Ok, we changed it and it was fine, but EXCUSE ME , how you can you accept themes that wobble all the time on hovers, and do not have styles added for basic from elements? – that shows the developer power – looks fine on safari on a mac – who cares about windows users huh? I will not point fingers, because that is not something that i like to do, i respect everybodys work, even if i do not like it, but i disagree with accepting it here. Maybe i am a communist?
“We where rejected because the reviewer did not understand parts of the design.” - Good one. No comment.

“How you can you accept themes that wobble all the time on hovers, and do not have styles added for basic from elements?” - You mean form elements? - Can send me a few examples via email?

“That shows the developer power – looks fine on safari on a mac – who cares about windows users huh?” - Not sure if I 100 % understand what you are trying to say…

“I will not point fingers, because that is not something that i like to do, i respect everybodys work, even if i do not like it, but i disagree with accepting it here. Maybe i am a communist?” - We do respect all others hard works. - Well, many authors question reviewers decision because they ‘think’ we accept template that we like – personal taste. But what they do not know is, we accept design that we don’t like too. However, it all depend on the market, the performance. This is not our own design studio, this is a marketplace. - Again, can you send me a list of recent themes that you think it is not good enough to be approved?

PS: Send via my profile page please, so nobody get offended. You are welcome to offend me :)

WOW ! Thank you so much gambpark and Kailoon for the kind words!! Will I really get featured? :chuckle:
yes, right after me :P btw, you should consider releasing that slider from Humble as a script or WP plugin for CodeCanyon, it’s really cool stuff! it would sell like hot cakes!

Ahaha right after you then :P I should release it, but working on another template first :)

And peace guys, it’s like we are reading the same thing since 3 or 4 pages… I think we all understand the point! Just contact Kailoon via the contact form :depressed:

I mean selects with no style what so ever. I do not want to harm anybody, that is why i will not point fingers.

The mac thing was related to the forms. If you develop on safari the selects look good, that is why i was saying.

This is not my personal choice, and as i said, i do not want to point fingers. But as an example, look at the “WowWay” theme’s quality and than look at other ones accepted. You will see the difference in build and design quality. [ pointed finger at what i like :) ]

Add me up on Skype mate, send me your id through my profile. I can send you a tone of examples of what duotive is mentioning. I didn’t want to get involved in the conversation, but if you guys need/want/accept feedback, I’d like to help! :)

Perhaps this topic has made a turn into a wrong direction. How is it possible that authors will now be sending URL ’s of the Themes they don’t like to reviewers? So does that mean that a Theme will then be removed because some of the top authors don’t like it?

I think this is great market, and I don’t see anything wrong with accepting more themes. I also can’t just say that any Theme is ugly which is so not appropriate evaluation of someone’s work. Usually I check new Themes every day and currently 3-5 Themes a day are accepted which is ok in my opinion.

This topic has become a whine about Themes not being exposed on the front page long enough while it is obvious that if a Theme is good it will sell good and will get on weekly popular list and get more exposure that way.

If we look at an example from the last week we can see that a certain Theme needed only 2-3 days to break 200 sales. If the Theme is designed for a certain niche it is hard to expect for it to be the best seller even if it is exposed on the front page for a week or more.

Just my opinion.
