Hello people! how are you all? I’m looking for a developer who is willing to invest some of his/her time for a project we have in mind: Enhance the inbuilt features of an LMS script by adding voiceover api’s to read text, create a graphical filemanager and add another payment merchant to the inbuilt shopping cart.

Importantly, we do need to talk to someone who is interested to start a serious partnership because I need your advice on how best to go about it. I am told that the best way around this is to create plugins that fit into the LMS instead of hardcoding to prevent issues with future upgrade.
