Please help me on the logo, the Russian comrades!

I posted a logo, but returned for revision to the text, which I do not understand very well. Can anyone me in Russian to explain what the problem is and where can I take a sample of the description?

Reason: Please provide an EPS with outlined text and another with non-outlined text. Also, please provide the font information in description or documentation. Non-standard fonts should always be documented in the item description AND inside a help file within your main .zip file. Thank you for taking the time to submit content to GraphicRiver. EPS file is rechecked – like it’s all right – that there is not – I do not understand.

Just make info.txt and add link and description for font, that you used in your logo design. Also as the reviewer said – submit 2 version: eps with editable font and another eps with outlined font.
