Im in a similar situation myself. I have been replied to twice from an author, after emailing back the multiple problems i have yet to hear any reply sure wish i had have browsed the forums a little more before i started purchasing.

Surprised at the tone of the replies, quite tame!
Support from Envato is usually timely.
In my case, I’ve asked support how to deposit more than 500 dollars (and of course to see if I can grab a small bone while I’m at it)...yet no reply

I guess they don’t want my 700.00 dollar deposit, no reply yet. Am I that bad of a customer? lol
