I wondered about that I saw the price just in usd!
I may not have done a poster before but, my first photomanipulation i did was the best ever and i have never come close to it again!
If i did make it i would put alot of effort in given the time frame and the nature of the contest! _

Yes this competition is definitely high end, that’s why I’m sharing with you guys. 
I’m not linked to this competition anymore than you guys are, but it seems to me that there shouldn’t be a problem with not being in the US other than paying in USD .
