Anyone has an idea why my presentation template was rejested?

I’m a little bit confused, because I spent a lot of time working on it (incl. reading many tutorials), and I was sure, that it’s my best presentation. I have no explanation from reviewer besides “your submission doesn’t meet our current minimum technical quality requirements for the category it was submitted to.”

For my personal opinion it seems your design is very amateurish. That is one reason why it is not accepted. You need to work on your basic design first.

I would put a bit more work into the typographic elements.
Mainly the headings and the text on the full image slides.

The typography needs some work, and the whole thing needs to be refined, clean up the little things. Fix the backwards quotation mark in the pull quote slide, and fix the large type in the 28% slide.
