2winFactor saidHi 2winfactor, After checking the Price Increase link, are you still worried about your item prices being buggy? Let me know asap, and I’ll do my best to get a Dev right on it. Carmen
Hmmm… All of my Themes went to $40? Very strange that there was no update on this. Still a little buggy, too. The item previews all say $35, while the item pages say $40. Not a good experience for buyers to see one price on preview and another on the item page. I hope an announcement/explanation is coming soon…
Now the prices match, although they have been reset to their original prices. Will they be staying at their current price or will they change eventually again? Thanks Carmen!
Mine is back to original price again. I hope that’s a bug and it will return to the higher price.

Hi everyone,
Apologies for the confusion from the recent “blip” in price changes some of you experienced. We’re looking at various aspects to determine how best to approach any potential pricing changes. Part of that involved a reassessment by the Review Team according to certain given guidelines, from which the gathered information will be taken into consideration for any potential pricing changes.
In getting the reassessment rolling we had a minor miscommunication which led to a small set of items’ prices being changed and then immediately reverted back to their original prices.
Thanks for understanding everyone!
This is really exciting, like a small christmas!
I hope everyone will be satisfied with the new pricing (including us

Can you please provide some clarity? Will all newly released items be priced higher or they need to go through re-pricing process too?

That would be horrible of course, but I trust in the decisions Envato makes – they will be finding a good price both for authors and buyers, I’m sure.

Thanks for all the work you do. Can you please publish the guidelines that will be considered for price changes?
