Hi, I’m trying to send a ticket to support center but after filling up forms nothing happens. I’m clicking submit and I’m getting notification about that the ticket was send but I never get any notification on my email, with my ticket ID etc. I checked my spam folder I’m doing everything like always and this time it just doesn’t work Can anybody tell me what is going on?
Don’t worry, your ticket maybe still in queue, I got reply with one of my ticket about 1 month, just once Keep waiting,
I had the same thing with reply for my ticket, but first email notification with details about my ticket was sent immediately. I’m worried that my ticket isn’t even in the queue.
