I am very interested in a Resume on GraphicRiver, that contains PSD and AI files. People who comment on this are saying the PSD file isn’t really usable, and I only have Photoshop (no Illustrator).
The author said he will fix the PSD , but no news.. I posted a comment to ask him, no answer, tried to contact him via his profile page and no news, I think he stopped his activity on GraphicRiver !
If I buy this item and the PSD isn’t fixed, will I am eligible for refund ?

An item should work as stated upon download. If the item does not work as stated or is malfunctioning somehow, please Contact Support who will assist you. If the item is found to be faulty or not working as described you are eligible for a full refund.
In this case, it seems the author’s file is working properly, but can be improved, which I’m sure he/she is aware of these concerns and will do his/her best to provide the necessary upgrades. I don’t believe this particular case will grant you a refund, but to be certain, do contact support and they’ll definitely sort everything out. Good luck.
