I think it’s pretty clear why your item was rejected – you used some elements that aren’t yours and neither licensed for commercial use.

As the reviewer said – try using the Envato Asset Library or some elements or files that you created or are free for commercial use.

It does not concern with PSD mate. The items you would have used, either images or brushes or such external items it’s possible that you didn’t provided reviewer with proper license information about them. Such as links from where you downloaded them or the license agreement details.
