If we already have items in the Update queue should we delete them? Or does this only apply to new updates? ThanksThe same question here. I’ve a update in the queue which is uploaded 4 days ago. Do I need to delete it and re-upload it later? Thanks.
Thomas
Hi Sike – I would hold off doing anything for now, but it is very likely that you will need to delete and reupload as we’ve found the recent updates have been missing files. We think we have solved this but are doing testing now.

Hey guys, just to reiterate, we’re leaving everything on freeze until Tuesday morning when everyone in the melbourne office is back at work (it’s a long weekend over here).
James, John, Ryan, Vahid and our site managers have been looking at the problem this weekend, and though it seems like we’ve fixed most of it, I think we should leave it all frozen until the whole team is in the office to make sure it really is all fixed up before we unfreeze the queues in case there are any remaining creases to be ironed out!
What a weekend
It would make some sense to post an announcement on the author dashboard, rather than the forum and something on the file upload page.
Just a thought
This will likely apply to re-submission of “Soft Rejected” files too, as they go to the Update queue, not the regular queue. Probably not too many out there with reviewing on hold on the regular queue for a now, but if you do have a Soft Rejected file you haven’t re-submitted yet, hold off until the update queue reopens.

Just a thoughti think they should post it in the fourm and on the dashboard.. cause they might come to activeden first.. before they try to upload a file.. then they will see the thread![]()
