I think if you just upload the preview again or something, and then write your message to the reviewer, you’ll be able to send it.

Oh ok. Just edit the ‘Item Description’ and add the links on-top and and re-submit it. You are combining existing marketplace items as a bundle, therefore, it should be approved. The reviewer probably thought they are new items. I have had similar case several times but I wasn’t told to modify anything. The Reviewer simply told me to provide the links to the various marketplace items.
There are other authors that forgot to provide links and their items were priced low as a new submission. So, it is just a simple mistake.
