You have to change the item completely to reupload or else is a chance for the same item toget more exposure! If u do minor changes you just go to edit and upload the file with the changes! I dont know how reviewersallowed this to happen! Ialso saw some other issuesbut i am not gonna put them here! you cansee them yourself!
