Signage Held

Have your signage items been held? My other items seem to be approved between 1-2 days, but, when it comes to my signage items they tend to take longer than usual.

Today my signage was “Temporarily held by the review team.” Don’t know why

All my signages have been “Temporarily held by the review team” before they approve them. Don’t know why. Maybe beacuse it is a “new category” and the reviewers are not experts in signages so they need a second opinion? Dont know.

Signage is indeed a new category and I’ve asked the review team to hold some of the items so I can confirm a few things before we proceed. They’ll also take a little longer than existing categories for a bit so multiple reviewers from the review team can evaluate submissions and get more comfortable with the category.

My banner held 2 days and finally approve.. Thanks to the reviewer.. May be it was a large format and size to cause the staff have review the item much more longer. Good luck to all of you
