Soft Disabled?

Hi

I've had 4 of my items soft disabled today, Has anyone else had this problem?

From the email it looks as tho its because of my preview image (celebrity) however if this was the case half of graphicriver would be down!!

These items have been onsale for quite a while and some have had some very good sales.

Are they doing some sort of cleanup or is it just me?

Anyway does anyone know how to get them back onsale? I cant find a link anywhere they seem to have disappeared?

Your disabled files are in HIDDEN tab. Click on it and there is a tab EDIT , upload new preview image and save for review.

yes you’re right – half of Graphicriver is on it’s way down.

Well, half maybe an exaggeration, but a LOT of files are being soft disabled.

Many Authors (myself included) are busy updating our items, if you haven’t already.

So do they just want all the celebrities removed from preview images?

Celebrities are the most blatant ones. Basically they want any file removed you do not have the proper license for.

By the way things are going, I would hurry up and get your files sorted or else you’re going to be without a portfolio..

Still I see people fixing their preview files, but leaving thumbnails containing celebs intact and it flies…

It sure is a clean up. Thank God! I updated all my previews the moment I read the post.

Yeah I’ve seen lots of top sellers, updated their previews, but their thumbnails still got the celebrity on them.
