Reason: The poster looks great although you will need to make sure it is print ready and this means it must be CMYK and also you will need to provide the cut and bleed guidelines. Unfortunately, your file does not document fonts used. Non-standard fonts should always be documented in the item description AND inside a help file within your main .zip file. Guides in the document will be fine, the user must see it when they TURN GUIDES ON or press ctrl + ;
It’s good practice to always start working on a CMYK DOCUMENT right from the moment your create a new document. Converting a document to CMYK from RGB can lead to WASHED OUT COLORS and frustration
especially if you have created a flyer or poster that involves a lot of color present in the “RGB GAMUT ”
Here is what you should do:
1. Create a new document – CMYK (same dimensions etc) 2. Drag in each element (layer) from your RGB document and compare the two and try to match the RBG colors from your CMYK document. Start from the bottom layer and work upwards.
Hope this helps.
(I’ve been in your position MANYYYYYY times).
Tip: RGB – Screen & CMYK – Print
