Someone good at photoshop who can make cool sigs and banners - $$

Is there anyone here who is a pro at Photoshop and can make sick looking banners? You know sometimes like you see those guys who do those sig battles on forums and come up with cool styles and powerful ways to show something – need something similar

I need on-going banners for a new site I’m launching so someone I can keep going back to like once a month
