Recently when I fill out a ticket, it doesn’t show up in the support center and does not get input in the system. I get a confirmation email that it was registered but when I click on the link to go to the support center it is not there and I don’t get any responses.
Not sure what to do. I filled out a new one this morning but I doubt it went through, the same thing happened. Can anyone help?
So it is not only my problem. I have bigger problem, I didn’t even get email with my Ticket ID Can somebody tell me what to do? I tweeted to support center today and I’m waiting now.
Hmm, have you tried clearing your cache? That might help as the cache tends to do weird things sometimes. Also, which browser do you use? OS?
Most importantly though, have you checked your spam folders?
cache empty, windows xp, firefox. this is new for me, earlier everything was ok. spam folder i know that this is best solution on most cases but i checked spam folder before I will try again, thanks
