Hello Everyone! I have a quick question for you all. My recent project was rejected because of this: Unfortunately your submission doesn’t meet our current minimum technical quality requirements for the category it was submitted to. Please consider taking some time to familiarize yourself with our current library and quality levels of popular items before resubmitting.

Now of course GR reviewers being vague and all, I have NO idea what this means. My brushes were created at 2500×2500px dimensions in CS6 at 300dpi. NOt sure what to do to improve quality beyond that… here is the image

Any ideas???? Yes, some of the stamps appear blurry, that is just for effect (they are actually very high qual.) and Yes I spelled “Quality” wrong. lol those late nights take their toll.

I really appreciate your help with this!

I think the overall concept is too simple.

You will need to make your item pop out/be more special.

Good luck!

any chance to make it as PNG instead of brushes, this case would be better useful to use with MS office and accounting software, just humble opinion

yes… but that was the point. Something clean and modern. Anyways, it wasn’t rejected on design standard. Just the ‘Technical Quality’. Heres something similar that is even more simple: http://graphicriver.net/item/past-due-stamp/477564

Good idea!!! I can include PNG or jpeg as well! I wish the reviewer was more specific.

I had 2 rejections along similar lines, and i realized that the standard rejection email has changed in the last few months. At first i thought it was because i was submitting to the incorrect category. One item i resubmitted to another category and it was accepted. The other item i did the same (after adding more and changing the file format) and it was rejected saying that i was unlawfully resubmitting an unchanged item!!

We must remember that there are too many items being processed for an individual reply to each one. The only way to get clarity if you are confused is to submit a ticket, even if it is just for a line or two of advice so that you know if it is worth improving or not. The Reviewer’s advice is the most helpful of all.

You will be better off making pngs as an option (as mentioned). Also make grunge versions of the stamps and submit all together. You will have a higher chance of getting this accepted. But alone, this is really very simple.

Yes! Thats is what happened. I re-submitted with the PNG ’s included and I was told that i “unlawfully submitted the same file” even though in the note to the review I had said what I changed and asked for clarification if it were to be denied again. No luck. I opened a support ticket. I hope to get to the bottom of this!

I have included PNG ’s and it was rejected again. (See other post) And there are grunge versions in there! They just aren’t very apparent in the preview image.

@PeakGraphics I think that it was rejected because of the quality too. Please take a look at the files that are already accepted so you can make an idea of the required quality here. You can also make a better presentation for your file (I mean the preview image).
