What means the different status of the progress bars when we upload a file? Why sometimes that bars delay more that others? Anything else about this bars?

The progress bar is there to represent the position of your file in the queue of files waiting to be reviewed.
The speed of review (and so movement of the progress bar) depends on how many files are in the queue and if there is a reviewer working.
For example, reviewers may take the weekend off, so the progress bar will move much slower on those days
