I pretty much create my own brushes, out of alphas and alphas out of my brushes… but that doesn’t mean that every once in a while I don’t use the hard edge brush for that real sketch look…
I use my bamboo once in a while. It’s faster than my mouse
I don’t really draw nowadays, so I use it for only navigation purposes. Have you tried playing a game with it?
You can’t play FPS ’ but in rts it’s kind of cool. Everybody was laughing at me at the lanparty when we played wc3, but it was faster for me and the results were quite nice with it, too

I have recently bought a Wacom Intuos 4, and its fantastic!! Realy nice piece of kit…I was wondering do many people on here use Wacom tablets, or any tablets for that matter? If so why do you use them and like them? Is there any tips that you can offer someone new to using such an advanced tablet? (having basic wacom ones in the past, but nothing special.)
There are allot of tutorials from SOSFactory, a selection of fantastic artists who use tablets to create stunning works of art. Any other sites you have found that show good practice etc etc. Always good to pass some knowledge around….
Thanks Guys
Yes, I’ve bought one and it’s damn good. I was worried I’d never get used to the paper-pencil, tablet-digital pen transition, but I did.
