My logo got rejected with the following reasons:

Unfortunately, it appears there’s a problem with your Preview Image Set. Preview Image Sets should be zipped files which contain ONLY additional JPG previews of your submission. JPGs should typically be no larger than 900×900 pixels for easy viewing. JPGs should be named in a numeric order which will dictate the order in which they’re shown (i.e., 01_design.jpg, 02_closeup.jpg, 03_colorvariation.jpg…). Please do not include any other files in your Preview Set, and please do not include your preview JPGs in the main submission.

Now after looking for just 2 sec in the logo tab, I saw this logo that has exactly what I did.

The screenshots are exactly the pics in the preview, just larger.

This is frustrating, could have just approved my logo and adding the above changes afterwards if it really bugs the reviewer.

Cheers

Well the example you showed above:

Preivew he included all of them…..

the screenshots, he did include the same ones, but larger….for better view. If you have the same it shouldn’t be a problem….

You can put exactly same size, and everything on the extra screenshots, as your small preview.

What my collegue means is that one shouldn’t include the additional previews in the Main File, not that the additional previews are the same as in the original preview image.

Also, please try to avoid pointing out single items on the forums.

My main file DID NOT include any images, just AI and EPS files + help file.

My preview image set included the pictures in the preview but much larger for better view.

Now do you understand why this is frustrating?

I’ve had a closer look at the item you submitted and the problem ain’t that it’s bigger versions of the images in your preview but that they are too big. They reach well out of our 900×900px requirements.

If you require further support I strongly encourage you that you contact our Support Team and they will forward your request to the reviewer in charge of the rejection.

Hi,

Thank you for your response.

I did learn that the size should be max 900×900. I resubmitted with these fixes (:

BTW , I uploaded a previous flyer with large screenshots like the logo issue, I didn’t know the size should be around 900×900. Can this be approved and than I will reupload smaller screenshots?

Damn, I did the same thing with another logo 1 day ago, should I delete the upload cuz of this or can it be approved and I will reupload smaller screenshots?

Your items will be soft rejected and then you can upload the new preview images set for them to get accepted.

Or you can delete from the queue and re-upload as a new item.

Both will work.

Cheers

Hi,

it’s been 2 days since i uploded so I don’t want to delete and wait 2 more days. I prefer to reupload just the image set. Can you make sure with your collegues that review my uploads that if this if this is the only problem with my designs they will get approved and I will immediately reupload the new image set?

Thanks alot!

That is how it will work. It will get soft rejected and then you just need to resubmit your preview images.

Cheers
