I’ve just done some performance testing, and everything looks fine. 259 KB/s for FTP upload from Australia to our servers in the U.S.
Our main link is getting fairly busy during peak times, so that may be part of the problem. We’ve got an upgrade in the works, which I’m hoping will happen in the next couple of weeks, although we haven’t got a fixed date for it yet.

Do you mean peak times Australia or SA? And what ARE those hours please? So i can work it out relative to us here in SA. Thanks.
