Ticket support do not work ?

Hello, I am trying use “Ticket” function via Support Center. I choose department and the fill every form i can and attach one file. Then write captcha and send. But everytime my ticket get refused with “One of the required field(s) is empty” and “Invalid department ID specified; please select a valid department.”

Same problem is in Firefox, IE and Chrome. Can anyone help me please with that ?

and here we have it. Its the captcha. i suspect its a way of preventing complaints from getting higher by discouraging people to post.

my original issue with envato was that i realized that there was NO WAY to get to customer support for me. after my first complaint it simply became impossible to complain.

since then i have been complaining on these forums (until they kick me off) and stopped spending money here as much as i can. i was forced to find a dozen other sites from where i buy most of my prefab stuff.

i also wanted to open my own back catalogue of graphic materiels for sale (my company has years worth of custom graphics which we were going to retrofit for general sale)

but envato does not give a damn. whoever runs the web has committed to captcha and similar annoyances (uploading is a problem i hear) and thats that.

in the meantime, be as loud as you can and look for the various websites now being developed by other community members seriously angry at what goes on here.
