Top Author's list outdated

I noticed this pretty long ago, but somehow never got to write a thread about it. I also searched in the forums and didn’t find anything related, so let’s get to the point:

Why is the Community > Top Author’s list so outdated? It says generated XX hours ago, but when you check the author’s real number of sales, it’s pretty skewed.

And not as if any author would make 10k sales in 5 hours

Maybe because it’s marketplace dependency. If the author has items on different marketplaces the count doesn’t match
