Translate read more

Hi,

I´ve search everywhere and in all my files but cannot find any help. The buttons “read more” have that content “read more”. Me and my webpage is in sweden so I want a different content here “läs mer”. But how and where do I change this?? Please help me!

I use the archin theme.
