My recent flyer “ultimate fitness” contains 2 unique flyer designs and 1 business card design and it has been priced at only $6, I have written to support but the response was negative. I was hoping for $7.
My question is, what do I do, can I write to support again seeking a reason why the price can’t be revised? There are authors who include fb timeline cover, cd templates etc. with their designs and their pricing is fair and consistent.
Please advise.

For support to respond positively, you have to refer to similar files in the marketplace that are priced higher and remember to outline the files you included in this your package and give reasons why you think it is under-priced.
Similar thing happened to one of my files. The package ONE was priced $11 (contained 2 templates) while the package TWO that contained 8 templates was priced the same $11. I used the method I listed above and the price was increased to $13. Thanks support for that.
