Use graphic in theme

Hello,

My english is not so good at all, so I don’t understand the license really well. I’ve one question. Can I use a graphic from GraphicRiver and use it in a theme for sale at ThemeForest?

At this time, no you can not use a graphic from Graphic River on a theme for sale at Theme Forest. When you purchase a graphic here you are licensed to use it once. Using the graphic for a theme that will sell multiple times would be the same as using it multiple times, or redistributing it.

I understand they are looking into other licensing possibilities in the future. So perhaps at some point you would be able to use Graphic River graphics in themes you plan to sell, but not at this time.
