Using GR items in TF preview

Hi, there is a lot of buzz lately about the copyright violations, so I have two questions first one: Can we use GR items in TF/CC product preview? (I am sure the answer is YES but just want to make sure), Can we for example add the image to the download package? What I mean is can I include a jpg/png version of the image in the download package instead of psd/eps (Once again I am pretty sure the answer is NO).

Please could someone clarify?

In fact you can use GR items Preview Images for TF/CC products, even without a permission slip from the author. However, you cannot include the image within the main file itself but you are free to use it in a preview.

On a similar subject, if i don’t mind people buying my GR items to use in other GR items for sale (eg flyers or powerpoint presentations) can i just say so in the preview description?

Haha! Yeah, I figured. Thought I recognized your name but couldn’t connect it, were half a sleep at the moment I wrote that post so never noticed you were The MPC . Haha!
