today I got rejected on the following item with the reason of the quality does not meet the high standards 
Is it that bad, especially that this file is a spin-off for one of my in portfolio item.

Honestly have to say that the other items in your portfolio are much nicer than this one.
The only thing I really like about this are the buttons which are nice. The breadcrumb along the top just doesn’t look right.
The gradients and the grey look bland.The tick inside the terms of use checkbox looks like one of the default photo shop shapes.
The borders of the boxes look a little like an old school level/emboss effect.
I think it just didn’t hit the nail on it’s head with this one…
