There was once a wiki thread (if I recall well) that the Envato team posted what GraphicRiver is overloaded with items and what it lacks. For example I still do remember that they are so overloaded with tons of buttons styles for “Download”. Now it seems I can’t find that link. That way it could help us realize what we need to focus on designing and what we need to avoid.

Hi Zlatko, here you go, GraphicRiver: Files We Do and Don’t Need.
Thanks! Precisely what I was looking for.
I am sorry to admit this, but i don’t really look at the logos anymore on the homepage, there are so many…. and i am never looking for logos as personally ‘useful’. Before the logos were crowding out the other items, i could see all new (other) items in a day. Now we have to look five times a day to not miss anything new. I guess it’s just inconvenient. If someone is looking for a logo, they surely will go directly to the dedicated menu. Does anyone buy a logo on impulse?? There are so many now that they should make a 10th Envato topography called LogoLand

Probably almost never, since unlike other items they don’t really get sales in their first couple of days. So maybe logos could be removed from the front page feed. Most of my looking at cool new items is just looking at the latest items from authors that I follow. Quality control is better
As for logoland, it’s gotta be a specific habitat.
